Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions of Just 4 fun Leisurewear are set out below.  By placing an order you are accepting the following conditions and entering into a legally binding contract.  Please read through these carefully before placing your order.

 

  • Please note that the order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order even though payment has been taken via  PayPal. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the product to you. Despatch will be confirmed by email.

  • You will be responsible for the accuracy of any order placed.  Please ensure that your order is correct before checkout as it may not be possible to amend before despatch.

  • All items are subject to availability.  In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible via email. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.  If your order is for a range of goods we will despatch the available products.

  • We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods listed. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled and provide you with a full refund.

  • All prices are inclusive of U.K. VAT, where applicable, at the standard rate..

  • Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit/Debit card over the phone or by cheque or Pistal order through the post. Please note for items paud for by cheque the goods wil not be despacyhed until the funds have claered into our bank account. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

  • Delivery can only be made to U.K,  E.U. addresses and certain countries outside of these areas

  • We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales given, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. The exception to this is Express Delivery where our liability is limited to the delivery charge paid which is refundable for late delivery.

  • We are under no liability to accept claims for lost/delayed items in the post until 15 working days have passed after despatch for items sent by 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Tracked, 10 working days for items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and 25 working days for items sent by Royal Mail Airmail.   This time varies for items carried via courier and will be as the carriers` terms and conditions.

  • To help prevent lost items we do not allow items to be left unattended.  A signature may also be required.

  • Delivery costs are not refundable if our carrier has attempted delivery but has been unable due to an incorrect or inaccurate delivery address, there is no-one to accept the delivery or the delivery address is not accessible.  Our carrier will leave instructions how to collect from their local office or re-schedule delivery if delivery has been attempted but was unsuccessful.  There may be an additional charge for repeat delivery attempts.  If you refuse to accept a delivery we reserve the right to charge for delivery and any return costs borne by us.

  • We will not be liable for goods lost in the postal system due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

  • All claims for orders not delivered must be made within 45 days of despatch. 

  • You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt, starting the day after delivery, in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.   In addition to these rights we offer an extended returns policy which forms part of these terms and conditions.  When there is no delivery tracking available, goods will be taken as delivered within the delivery schedule given unless evidence to the contrary.  To return your order you should request a returns number via email or telephone.  Once we have accepted your request you should return the item to us within 14 days. Return costs will be at the customers` expense.  Full details of our conditions of return can be found in our returns policy.

  • Claims for incomplete, damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.  In which case we will replace the goods free of charge or at our sole discretion refund the price of the goods.  We shall be under no further liability.  This does not affect your statutory rights

 

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
